Very happy with my flowers although I live in the UK and ordered them for a friend in Florida so I didn't actually see them but I know she enjoyed them and I'm delighted they were delivered on time and looking fresh. She also loved the video message, great idea.

Flowers looked very similar to the “Sunny Sentiments” arrangement I picked online. Initially the order seemed to be lost in the hospital (where I had it delivered). It was delivered on time, but the hospital seems to have misplaced them. De La Flor took full responsibility, and I give them a round of applause for their commitment to customer service. They offered to redeliver and my friend received her flowers the next day. She sent me a photo and I could see that they were fresh & what I ordered. I would definitely choose this florist again bc of the freshness of their arrangements and their commitment to customer service.
