What a wonderful experience! I used this florist before and the flowers and the delivery was excellent. When another occasion arose, I choose to go with them again. The experience was even better. They went above and beyond. I needed to change the delivery address the day of delivery. I called (without much hope that it could be done) and was so amazed at how gracious and accommodating they were. I even got a follow up email from Michael that it was all taken care of. It was wonderful that they helped me out. It was even more wonderful how kind and courteous they were. My niece loved the flowers. The arrangement was beautiful. Thank you!
